The Motion Club is operated by Altra Eyewear. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use the app at club.altraeyewear.com.
We do not store GPS routes, heart rate data, or any other biometric information. We do not store payment details.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes.
By connecting your Strava account, you authorise The Motion Club to read your activity data using Strava's API. We access your data in accordance with Strava's API Agreement and Privacy Policy.
You can revoke our access to your Strava account at any time via Strava Settings → My Apps. Revoking access does not automatically delete your Motion Club account — see below if you'd also like your data removed from our system.
Your name and points total are visible to all members on the public leaderboard. Your email address is never displayed publicly.
We retain your activity data for as long as your account is active, in order to maintain accurate monthly records. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.
