You need to connect your Strava account via the join page. That's what lets us track your activities. We also run a Strava club for the community side of things. Joining both is recommended but only the app connection is required for points.
Two winners every month. Top Achiever goes to whoever has the most points. Pure distance and effort. Most Consistent goes to whoever logged the most activities, regardless of size. A 4 km run every day beats one 80 km weekend for that prize. Both are determined at the end of the month. No draw, no luck.

Any GPS-tracked activity on Strava that meets the minimum distance or time. Manual entries with no GPS route don't count. Indoor treadmill runs are fine as long as they're logged with a distance.
